I'm Vivien, a professional based in Barcelona with extensive experience in HR transformation, people leadership and change management having primarily worked with Western companies in China.I'm a native German speaker fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin, French, and Spanish.Whether facilitating, advising, or taking on HR leadership roles, I bring versatility to contribute effectively.Always prioritizing cross-regional collaboration and promoting a people-oriented organizational culture I translate HR strategy into action.I am certified business coach, trained and accredited facilitator, NLP practitioner and mentor.
I empower individuals and groups on topics ranging from team leadership over emotional intelligence to negotiation.In 2016, I started a Women’s Negotiation program – HerVANTAGE (formerly, The Graceful Negotiator) helping especially women become more confident negotiators in business and life.Outside of work, I enjoy culinary arts, sports, and networking. I'm an active LEAN-IN member, currently leading the "Expat Women in Barcelona Circle.
